Next students need to explain exactly what they want the computer to do with the information they input. They will need to perform calculations to explain what they are doing multiplying data, subtracting data etc, sorting the data, saving, printing, paste, linking, "IF" statements etc.

Students should describe everything that all the computer processes to produce an order. This may include stock, profit and sales tables linked, linked cells in tables, graphs, highlighted problems using if statements etc.

To gain higher marks, students should explain their reasons for producing 'if statements' ... what they will do and why this is of benefit to the shop?.
